WINCH BONNET (1000 series)
Sailboat winch cover made from Sunbrella fabric with the very best UV/element resistant elastic in the inner fastener cuff. We do not use vinyl binding to cover raw bottom edges; this type of binding cracks and discolors within a couple of years. Instead we carefully hem the bottom, providing longer life and better looks. MAGMA BBQ COVER (0600 Series )
Our standard MAGMA cover is a "not so fancy, inexpensive round shape bag with a draw string closure with barrel locks to secure. It is available in any Sunbrella color and we make covers to fit standard or party size, propane or charcoal. The cover also doubles as a carrying bag for the grill

FORCE 10 BBQ COVER (0600 Series)
By popular demand we had to design a cover for the Force 10 BBQ. Our cover is an attractive form-fitting, slip-over which has elastic sewed into the bottom hem to keep it secure. For the Force 10 models with external propane bottles, we added an extension to the basic cover to protect the propane valve. Like the rest of our covers, the Force 10 BBQ covers are available in any Sunbrella fabric color, size large or small.

“SUPER Q” ICE SAVER BLANKET (1101 series)
This product has received hundreds of favorable testimonials. It is an insulated blanket just 1/2" thick which fits inside of "top loaded" ice boxes, refrigerators and coolers directly on top of the food. The "ICE SAVER" blanket is made from a combination of vinyl, foam, a space age double-backed aluminum foil, more foam and a bottom vinyl covering, and is bound all around with vinyl tape. This inexpensive blanket will allow ice to last 3 times longer, be 20 degrees colder and allows 3 times the cooling power as the conventional ice box or reefer. Mechanical refrigeration engine run hours are also reduced by 30 to 50%.

It uses similar principles to those that prevent the space shuttle from burn-up during earth reentry--it reflects heat away and cold back inside. Liners for inside the ice box or reefer can also be custom made using water proof closed cell foam sandwiched around a highly polished double bubble vinyl encapsulated foil. Each section is cut to your measurements and a vinyl slipcover can be made to minimize abrasion inside the ice box. This liner concept is only 3/4 thick, costs far less and is more effective than adding as much as 3" of conventional insulation to your icebox or reefer.

THERMAL WINDOW & HATCH SHIELD (1103 series)
These shields are a logical extension of our ICE SAVER BLANKETS. Used mainly when your boat gets too warm, they work on the same principle by reflecting 95% of all radiated heat back in the direction from which it came. These inexpensive shields are made with an inside covering of Sunbrella fabric (any color you choose) which is adhered to a highly polished aluminized polyethylene "double bubble" reflective blanket covered with material. They are placed directly on top/ over/ under shipboard windows and hatches. The semi-rigid three-part assembly is sewn all around with vinyl binding cut slightly larger than your template so that it can generally be wedged in place within the frame. The shields are very easy to install, remove and store. You will be absolutely amazed at the amount of the sun's radiated heat that will be reflected away from the boat; and they work in reverse when it is cold outside--it REALLY makes a big difference below decks.

WHEEL & BINNACLE COVER (1117)
Wheel; wheel and binnacle; and custom made wheel, binnacle, instrument, hand rail and table combination cover. As far as we know, we are the only place in the U. S. to have a custom fit cover fabricated for your boat “long distance”. We can do this because we make an exact “mock-up” of your wheel, hand rail, instrument and table configuration based on measurements provided by you. This is not a typical “sack” cover, but an elegant “form fitted” cover to beautify and protect your wheel and accessories. The normal sailmaker would require three trips to your boat and lots of labor cost to do what we can do with a faxed measurement sheet. Prices will vary based on wheel diameter and complexity.

COCKPIT SEAT CUSHIONS (1118)
We custom-craft cockpit seat cushions from Sunbrella fabric and 3" foam rubber to the exact configuration of your cockpit seats. The covers have rugged nylon zippers so they may be removed for washing or to dry out the foam in case the cushion gets very wet. Sunbrella fabric is very water resistant but water could possibly dampen foam in a hard rain. We work from an a paper template of the area you wish to cover. Cushion can be finished with or without welting around edge.

HATCH SCREENS (1115 & 1116 Series)
Keep the bugs from getting into your boat. These screens fit over your deck hatches while in the 60 degree open position, letting fresh air in while keeping the bugs out. Leaving the screen intact, you can open and close the hatch from inside the boat. The screen is adequately weighted along the bottom to hold it against the deck--even in heavy winds. Bottom weights are encased in attractive acrylic fabric tubes which are sewed to the fiberglass screening. You may choose your color preference for this bottom tubing:Navy, Cadet Gray, Forest Green, or Burgundy..A matching bag is provided for storage of the screen, which folds and rolls up compactly. Hatch cover screens are in stock for most every size deck hatch or we will custom make your size. . If you want to achieve max ventilation through a fully open companion way, we make a bug screen with fabric covered chain sewn all around the edges which drapes over the top and down the front of the hatch. A support batten is provided on the top front and a tubular hold down weight is sewed into the bottom.

COMPANION WAY COVER
This cover must be custom made for the entry way hatch on your type boat. We fabricate the cover from a template you provide (or as measured from a similar boat locally) and send with all of the hardware needed for you to install. Our 3-way deluxe cover consists of a solid Sunbrella outside cover, a clear vinyl 2nd cover, and a bug screen inner cover. The outer fabric cover and the clear vinyl cover are Velcro-fastened in the down position, but can be rolled and secured in the "up" position, leaving only the bug screen in place. This is one of the most practical additions you can put on your boat to provide privacy, let in the light, keep out the bugs and let in the fresh air. We also make other entryway covers of "Single" Sunbrella fabric”, of “fabric edged bug screens” and of “fabric edged clear Plexiglas.

SAIL COVER (1107) 1110 & 1111)
Top of the line" sail cover of SUNBRELLA fabric , made to exactly fit your main sail, mast and boom; vinyl or leather reinforced where required. We use the very best quality marine hardware-- twist locks—nylon zippers and webbing. We use your old cover as a pattern, or have you fill out a measurement sheet. Alterations for “lazy jacks” and “Dutchman” lines are available at additional cost. We will also provide customized boom end wrap-arounds and mast skirts if you desire. We can also cut out and sew your boa t name (or type) in vinyl letters onto the sail cover. Do not confuse this custom- fitted top quality sail cover with the skimpy "fit all" covers as offered by some.

HORSE SHOE BOUY AND LIFE SLING DRESS “BLUES”
Is your Horse Shoe Buoy or Life Sling cover "shot" from the UV sun rays or you can't stand the yellow color? Consider a beautiful new Sunbrella fabric cover. A Horse Shoe Buoy cover comes in two sizes (pony & large) with nylon zipper, bottom strap w/ ”D” ring, and a top ring – just like your old cover. Our Life Sling Cover form fits over top of your existing Life Sling, and has its own top and attachment straps. Your boat name or home port, made of contrasting vinyl letters, can be sewn onto the cover at an additional charge. Life Slings now come in two sizes, (so please specify standard or new “slim” size), and choose any Sunbrella color.

HEADSTAY SAIL BAG (0800 Series)
Want your genoa readily available, or lacking storage space below? Consider our deluxe headstay sail bag, designed to fasten around the forestay with the sail hanked-on. The bag has a flap in front which wraps around the stay and fasteners with twist locks on the side of the bag. A nylon zipper is sewn into the top of the bag to allow easy stuffing of the sail. All chafing areas are reinforced with leather or tough vinyl. Two brass rings are sewed into bag corners aft with stout webbing, for attaching halyard or sheet to hold the bag off the deck. Drain holes in bottom. These bags come in two sizes: Small-(36" on the forestay, 34" top, 52" bottom, 32 back); Large (46" forestay x 36” top x 60" bottom x 40” back.)

ANCHOR WINDLASS COVER 0715
Form fitted Sunbrella fabric cover for that work horse on your foredeck—any type, any size, any color---remember even a work horse needs a blanket. Tell us the manufacturer and model of your windlass and we will do the rest including exit ports for anchor line/chain and vinyl and/or leather covering for the wear points. STOW SIDERS (0707)
This storage system is our answer to many “inside cabin” storage needs. The bags are made of open mesh vinyl fabric 16” W X 12H X2” D with “stretch” elastic tops. They are designed to be hung on the back side of cabin doors or bulkheads with three snap sockets at the top (three ½” screw in studs provided). Corresponding “male” snaps are placed at the bottom of each bag so that one or more bags can be added on. The edges of the bags are bound with complimentary Sunbrella fabric binding. Bags are available in white, pacific blue, navy, forest green and gray, with contrasting binding of your choice.

HALYARD TAIL BAGS (0701)
These very attractive semi-rigid vinyl mesh bags are designed to be installed on cockpit and combing sides. The bags are 14" wide by 14" high by 4" deep with a Velcro flap closure at the top which allows halyard tail entry at either end. All raw edges and seams are bound with a contrasting Sunbrella fabric binding for a very attractive appearance. Can be attached with Velcro or snaps—all hardware is provided. The open mesh of the rugged vinyl fabric will allow wet halyards to drain and air dry while at the same time providing substantial UV protection. These bags are available in white, navy, Pacific blue, gray and dark green. Contrasting binding color options are: white, navy, Pacific blue, black, dark green, gray, burgundy and Persian green.

SHEET BAGS (0702)
Do you have trouble finding a place for jib sheets, mooring lines, roller furling sheet; etc.? Our sheet bags are a great solution!! They are made with the same material and type of construction as our HALYARD TAIL BAGS, except that they install over either life lines or pulpit railings. Standard size is 16" wide by 12" tall by 3" deep which will accommodate the lines of boats in the 25 to 35 foot range. Other sizes are available. Colors are white, Pacific blue, navy, gray and green. Optional binding colors as described above available.

FENDER BAGS (0705)
You don't have any good place to keep your fenders!! Here is our low cost--light weight solution. FENDER BAGS are made with the same type of vinyl mesh construction as our HALYARD TAIL BAGS and with the same attachment mechanism as our SHEET BAGS. They are made to fit two fenders plus lines. FENDER BAGS are available in sizes to fit any "set of two" similar fenders. Colors are white, Pacific blue, navy, gray and green with your choice of binding colors.

MAST HALYARD BAG (0706)
Construction is similar to our other vinyl mesh bags except it has an adjustable webbing strap and buckle to fasten it around your mast. The top is lined with waterproof vinyl to keep the rain and sun off and the sides are made of mesh fabric to allow drying air to circulate. Available in all colors described above.
